In lilbit we will develop technology that makes people better able to take care of the dogs and their cats. Our technology will contribute to better health and quality of life for both the dogs and their owners.

We work in sprinters with scrum frameworks, we use gitlab and discord as communication tools, where most of us work from home. We have new offices in the center of Trondheim where we meet for group assignments and fun.

We look for those who are passionate about making a difference. You should be an expert problem solver with a good understanding of a wide range of technologies and platforms. That you have knowledge of Scrum and agile development is also a plus. Together, we will dare to challenge, engage and build a learning work environment.

Collaborating with various stakeholders to gain an understanding for where we can make an impact.

Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.

Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.

Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines.

Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals.

Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.

Ensuring good communication between developers, designers, analysts, sales, technical support and users. Building empathy with dog owners will be the main goal.

Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).

Extensive experience in software development and project management.

Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Since all our infrastructure runs on AWS, some knowledge about that would be useful as well

Experience with mobile development will be a plus.

Be part of cross-functional team developing cutting edge products utilizing NB-IOT technology

Contribute in all stages of a product life-cycle: concept, specification, design, development, testing, production and improvement.

Develop setups for test and measurement for large scale production

Contribute to concept studies and prototyping of new ideas.

Bachelor or Master in Electronics Engineering or similar

Experience with Embedded C programming and Python

Knowledge of embedded FW development and micro-controllers based on RTOS architecture. Preferably experience with Zephyr Project.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Knowledge CI/CD

Create fun, engagement and a little weirdness

Build and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Keeping yourself updated with the latest technologies and frameworks for iOS application development

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Strong knowledge of iOS design principles, patterns, and best practices.

Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces.

Knowledge of iOS back-end services, cloud message APIs and push notifications.

Experience with the following technologies Git, Gitlab CI/CD, and App store

Prior experience with Bluetooth mobile development is a plus

Since all our infrastructure runs on AWS, some knowledge about that would be useful as well.

Skills on Android development is also a big advantage:

knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

Experience with performance and memory tuning

Build, develop and document advanced applications for the Android platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Troubleshooting and Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

Experience with the following technologies Git, Gitlab CI/CD, and Play store

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
